PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TRANS COFFEE, COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF DI JAKARTA SELATAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Competence on Employee Performance at PT Trans Coffee, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in South Jakarta The method used is the Quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated samples and a sample of 65 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 48.4% and the hypothesis test was obtained t > t table or (7, 694 > 1.669). Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 50.1% and the hypothesis is obtained t count > t table or (7.960 > 1.669). Work discipline and competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation Y = 11.316 + 0.335X1 + 0.358X2. The value of the determination coefficient was 56.4% while the remaining 56.4% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcal > Ftabel or (40.175 > 3.150)
