PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT JOEL SUMBER BERKAT INDONESIA JAKARTA UTARA
Abstract
This study aims to find out how much positive and significant influence training and career development has on employee performance at PT Joel Sumber Berkat Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This study aims to determine the influence of training and career development on employee performance in the company. In this study, 52 samples were used that had been calculated using the slovin formula. Penel. Data analysis uses validity tests, realism tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis tests. Based on the calculation of simple linear regression on the training variable has an equation Y = 10.653 + 0.628X1, on the career development variable it has an equation Y = 13.170 + 0.231X2. The multiple regression calculation on the variables of training (X1) and career development (X2) has the equation Y = 9.571 + 0.480X1 + 0.181X2. The training t-test obtained a t-count value of > ttable (7,376 > 2,010) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 H01 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, which means that training has an effect on employee performance. The career development t-test obtained a t-count value of > ttable (5,972 > 2,010) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 H02 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted, which means that career development affects employee performance. The F test obtained a Fcal value of Fcal > Ftabel (28,879 > 3,186) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 H03 rejected and Ha3 accepted, which means that training and career development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. To improve the quality and quantity of employee performance, companies should establish targeted policies related to continuous training, create a conducive work environment, provide rewards as a form of appreciation, and provide a clear career development path to increase employee motivation and commitment in achieving company goals.
