PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT KSO APS ISS AREA TERMINAL 3 BANDARA SOEKARNO-HATTA KOTA TANGERANG
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT KSO APS ISS Area Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City.The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 16.812 + 0.582X1 with a coefficient of determination of 46.9% and the hypothesis test obtained by t count > t table or (9.305 > 1.984) thus partially job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 15.620 + 0.619X2 with a coefficient of determination of 41.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8.360 > 1.984) thus partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job training and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 11.503 + 0.391X1 + 0.335X2. The coefficient of determination is 54.1% while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (57.184 > 2.700) this job training and work motivation together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT KSO APS ISS Area Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City.
