PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, QUICK RATIO DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RASIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PT ADHI KARYA TBK PERIODE 2014-2024

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices at PT Adhi Karya Tbk during the period of 2014–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from PT Adhi Karya Tbk’s annual financial reports and processed using SPSS 27 software. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that the variables CR, QR, and DER jointly have a significant effect on stock prices, with an F-value of 23.192 greater than the F-table value of 4.35 and a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05). The partial test (t-test) results show that QR and DER have a significant effect on stock prices, with significance values of 0.009 and 0.023 respectively (< 0.05), while CR has no significant effect (sig = 0.646 > 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 86.9%, indicating that these three variables significantly explain the variation in stock prices, while the remaining 13.1% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.

PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PT HANJAYA MANDALA SAMPOERNA TBK PERIODE 2014-2024

This study aims to determine the Effect of Ratio on Asset and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Prices at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2014-2024 Period, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, using balance sheet and income statement data from PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for 11 years. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 30 program. The results of the partial analysis show that Return on Assets have a significant effect on Stock Prices, with a significance value of 0.001> 0.05 and t count of 4.792 < t table of 2.30600. On the other hand, Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on Stock Price, with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of |-3.749| > t table of |-2.30600. Simultaneously, Return on Asset and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Stock Price, indicated by a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and F count of 34.965> F table of 4.46. Based on the results (R Square) the independent variables Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an influence of 87.2% on the dependent variable, namely Stock Price, while the remaining 12.8% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TRANS REKREASINDO TRANS SNOW WORLD CABANG BINTARO TANGERANG SELATAN

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Alfa Retailindo Trans Snow World Bintaro Branch, South Tangerang City. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, with a total of 40 respondents. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 30.1%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (4.040 > 2.024). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 22.3%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (3.307 > 2.024). Communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.154 + 0.316X1 + 0.167X2. The determination coefficient is 33.2%, while the remaining 66.8% (100-33.2%) is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Hypothesis testing shows F-count > F-table (9.212 > 3.25).

PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TRANS COFFEE, COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF DI JAKARTA SELATAN

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Competence on Employee Performance at PT Trans Coffee, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in South Jakarta The method used is the Quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated samples and a sample of 65 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 48.4% and the hypothesis test was obtained t > t table or (7, 694 > 1.669). Competency has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 50.1% and the hypothesis is obtained t count > t table or (7.960 > 1.669). Work discipline and competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation Y = 11.316 + 0.335X1 + 0.358X2. The value of the determination coefficient was 56.4% while the remaining 56.4% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcal > Ftabel or (40.175 > 3.150)
