The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of 56 individuals, and using a saturated sampling technique, the entire population was selected as the sample, totaling 56 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS tests, including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing.</em> <em>The results of the study show that the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 90.8%, and hypothesis testing yielded a t-count &gt; t-table (15.058 &gt; 2.005). Work discipline also has a significant influence on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 88.1% and a t-count &gt; t-table (19.976 &gt; 2.005). Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline significantly affect employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 2.963 + 0.451 X1 + 0.868 X2 and an F-count &gt; F-table (263.027 &gt; 2.779). The coefficient of determination of 90.8% indicates that the variables of work environment and work discipline contribute greatly to employee performance, while the remaining 9.2% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.</em> <em>Furthermore, the analysis also revealed that the weakest statement in the employee performance variable was statement number 10: "I feel that the supervision provided in the workplace helps guide me in my work," which only received an average score of 2.96. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression using Eviews 12 software. The results of the analysis show that partially, Net Profit Margin does not have a significant effect on stock prices, evidenced by the calculated t-value of 0.0377 which is smaller than the t-table of 1.860, and a significance value of 0.9708, where the value is greater than 0.05. Likewise, the Earning Per Share variable, which has a calculated t-value of -0.5831 which is smaller than the t-table of 1.860 with a significance value of 0.5759, where the value is greater than 0.05 so it does not show a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the F-test results yielded a calculated F-value of 0.7077, which is smaller than the F-table of 4.7374, and a significance value of 0.5249, greater than 0.05. This indicates that the two variables together also have no significant effect on the company's stock price. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.1681 indicates that only 16.81% of the stock price variation can be explained by NPM and EPS. The independent variables in this study consist of Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), while the dependent variable is Return On Asset (ROA). The type of research used is associative quantitative. The population in this study comprises all financial statement data of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, while the sample consists of the statements of financial position, income statements, and notes to the financial statements for the period 2014 to 2023. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative and significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), with a t-value of -4.114 &lt; t-table value of 2,365 and a significance level of 0.004 &lt; 0.05. Meanwhile, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect and is not significant on Return On Asset (ROA), with a t-value of 0.714 &lt; t-table value of 2,365 and a significance level of 0.714 &gt; 0.05. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that Non-Performing Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) together have a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA), with an F-value of 15.703 &gt; F-table value of 4.737 and a significance level of 0.003 &lt; 0.05. The correlation coefficient value of 0.904 indicates a very strong relationship between the two independent variables and Return On Asset (ROA). The research method used is an associative quantitative method. The data analysis techniques employed include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using panel data regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA), and the coefficient of determination. The results show that, partially, the Quick Ratio does not significantly affect Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.9357 &gt; 0.05 and tcount &lt; ttable (0.080958 &lt; 1.98447). Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on Profit Growth with a significance value of 0.0000 &lt; 0.05 and tcount ǀ-4.941005ǀ &gt; ttable 1.98447, and the coefficient of determination shows that the Quick Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio variables can explain 21.43% of the Profit Growth variable, while the remaining 78.57% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial report obtained from investor-id.wika.co.id. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests, determination tests (R Square), significance testers including T Test and F Test. partial research results (T Test) show that Return on Asset (ROA) has an effect with a T-count value of 2,512 while T-table is 2,306 and a sig value of 0,036 (significant). So it can be seen from the T-count is greater than the T-table (2,512 &gt; 2,306) with a sig value less than 0,05 (0,036 &lt; 0,05), then the proposed hypothesis is accepted or said to be significant to the Stock Price at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2014-2024, while partial research (T-test) found that Company Size has an effect with a T-count value of 3,153, while the T-table is 2,306 with a sig value of 0,014. So it can be seen that the T-count is smaller than the T-table (3,153 &gt;2,306), and the sig value is smaller than 0,05 (0,014 &lt;0,05), then the proposed hypothesis is accepted or said to be significant to the Stock Price of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2014-2024. The results of the study simultaneously (F Test) simultaneously, Return on Asset and Company Size with F-statistics of 16,624 with a sig value of 0,001 &lt; 0,05, then the hypothesis proposed is accepted or said to be significant to Stock Prices during the period 2014-2024, with a confidence level of (R Square) 0,806 or 80.6% while the rest is explained by other variables outside this study. The sample used is the financial statements and annual report of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk in 2013-2023 which includes the Income Statement, Statement of Financial Position, Notes to Financial Statements, and Stock Highlights. This study uses several data analysis techniques in it such as Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Partial Simultaneous Hypothesis using EVIEWS 12. Based on the research results, Earnings Per Share has a significant positive effect on the sagam price at PT Asta Otoparts Tbk, with the tcount test results greater than the ttable (2. 345806&gt;2.30600) with a significance value of (0.0470&lt;0.05) which is where the value of earnings per share is smaller than 0.05. in the results that have been done Total Asset TurnOver has no significant effect on the share price, where the asset turnover of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk has a significance value of (0.0639&gt;0.05) and below the threshold (Thitung&lt;Ttabel) which is the result of 2.148381&lt;2.30600. Simultaneously Earning Per Share, Total Asset TurnOver has a negative influence on stock prices. ROA is used as an indicator of the company's financial performance in measuring the efficiency of asset use in generating profits. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test). The results showed that partially, TATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a t value of 3.115 and a significance of 0.010 (p &lt; 0.05). Meanwhile, DER has a negative and significant effect on ROA with a calculated t value of -2.789 and significance of 0.016 (p &lt; 0.05). Simultaneously, TATO and DER have a significant effect on ROA with an F value of 9.427 and a significance of 0.004 (p &lt; 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.619 indicates that the two independent variables are able to explain the variation in ROA by 61.9%. This indicates that efficiency in the use of assets can improve the company's finansial performance, while an excessive increase in the proportion of debt can actually reduce profitability. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Ethics have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 8.154 + 0.307X1, the correlation value is 0.680 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value is 46.3%. The hypothesis test obtained t count 2.282&gt; t table 2.002 and a significant value of 0.026 &lt;0.05. Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work ethics and employee performance. (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 8.154 + 0.498X2, the correlation value is 0.751, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value is 60%. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value of 4.421 &gt; t table 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between work environtment and employee performance. (3) Work Ethics and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.154 + 0.307X1 + 0.498X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.775, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value is 60% while the remaining 40% is influenced by other factors. This study employs a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, utilizing the company's financial reports over a 10-year period from 2014 to 2023. Data analysis includes classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.Partial test results show that DER has no significant effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.176 &gt; 0.05. In contrast, EPS has a significant effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.009 &lt; 0.05 and a t-value of 3.598 &gt; t-table of 1.89548. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test (F-test) indicates that DER and EPS together have a significant effect on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.025 and an F-value of 6.545, which exceeds the F-table value of 4.74. Thus, it can be concluded that only EPS has a significant partial effect on stock prices, while DER does not. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling, a sampling method using the Slovin formula. With the Slovin technique, a research sample of 94 respondents was obtained. Further analysis includes Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Hypothesis Testing which includes Partial Test (t-test) and Simultaneous Test (f-test). The population of this study consists of the financial statements of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, and the sample used includes the balance sheet and income statement over a 10-year period from 2014 to 2023. A quantitative approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires from 150 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 29. The F-test results showed that both tax ethics and tax fairness simultaneously have a significant effect on money ethics (significance value &lt; 0.05). The t-test results confirmed that each independent variable X1 (tax ethics system) and X2 (tax fairness) has a significant individual effect on the dependent variable Y (money ethics). The coefficient of determination (R²) was </em>0,592<em>, indicating that 59,2% of the variance in money ethics can be explained by these two factors. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 21.520 +0.56X1, the correlation value is 0.676 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The analytical methods used in this research include descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test results between the Competence variable (X₁) and Employee Performance (Y), the t-value was greater than the t-table value (11.765 &gt; 2.002), thus H₀₁ was rejected and Hₐ₁ was accepted, meaning that Competence (X₁) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
