Karyajatnika Sadaya Economic Bank Jabodetabek Branch. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. Work discipline and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.551 + 0.363X1 + 0.434X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.777, meaning it has a very strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence simultaneously is 0.604 or 60.4% while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value &gt; F table or (43.436 &gt; 2.770). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This research uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, and a total of 83 respondents were obtained. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation value of 0.818, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 66%. Hypothesis testing obtained t-value of 12.530 &gt; t-table of 1.989 and a significant value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation value of 0.512, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 51.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained t-value of 9.212 &gt; t-table of 1.989 and a significant value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of work environment on employee performance. (3) Organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 7.695 + 0.661X1 + 0.153X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.809, indicating a very strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination is 66%, while the remaining 34% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained an F-value of 81.629 &gt; F-table of 3.119, and a significant value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Mitrasoft Infonet Cabang Jakarta Pusat. In addition, this study also examines the role of leadership and work motivation whether there is a connection or relationship with employee performance. The sample used is a saturated sample technique, namely 60 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and observation, in addition, the data analysis technique used was a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing (partial t test and simultaneous f test) using IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on performance with a regression equation of Y = 13.688 + 0.196 X1 + 0.459 X2, with a determination coefficient value of 43.3%. The partial hypothesis test results of the leadership variable on employee performance show that leadership has a significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.050 and a calculated t value&gt; t table, which is 5.464&gt; 2.003, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.050 and a calculated t value&gt; t table, which is 6.423&gt; 2.003, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The results of the F test are F calculated&gt; F table 22.680&gt; 3.16, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. It can be concluded that the results of the study indicate that there is an influence between leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 21.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count &gt; t table or (-4.867 &lt; 1.987). Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 41.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count &gt; t table or (7.903 &gt; 1.987). work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 25.145 + - 0.137X1 + 0.486X2. The coefficient of determination value is 52.5% while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors. SYIAR PARANA SPARKLE TANGERANG DISTRICT. partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data, namely questionnaire distribution. Data collection at the company PT. SYIAR PARANA SPARKLE TANGERAN DISTRICT, with a population of 65 and a sample of 65. Data analysis uses descriptive test analysis, validity test, reliability and classical assumption tests including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, Hypothesis testing includes partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). Data processing uses SPSS 26 software and the confidence level used is 5%. There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. There is an influence of compensation on employee performance at PT. PT Syiar Parana Sparkle in Tangerang Regency partially. Based on the results of the t test (partial test), the Compensation variable (X1) shows that the tcount &gt; ttable value is significant &lt; 0.05, namely 4.550 &gt; 1.669 and the significant value is 0.000 &lt; 0.05. There is an influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. PT Syiar Parana Sparkle in Tangerang Regency simultaneously.
