Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam data menggunakan seluruh karyawan sebanyak 54 responden. Analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis secara parsial variabel Worklife Balance (X1) diperoleh nilai t<sub>hitung</sub> &gt; t<sub>tabel </sub></em><em>(6,660 &gt; 2,008) dengan taraf signifikan 0,001 &lt; 0,05. Artinya Work-Life Balance berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja. </em><em>Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial variabel Beban Kerja (X2) diperoleh nilai t<sub>hitung </sub>&gt; t<sub>tabel</sub> (</em><em>7,265 &gt; 2,008) dengan taraf signifikan 0,001 &lt; 0,05. Artinya Beban Kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja</em><em>. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 58 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. The results show that, partially, Workload has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (7.473 &gt; 2.004) and a significance level of 0.001 &lt; 0.05. Similarly, the Work Environment also has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, as indicated by a t-value of 6.567 &gt; 2.004 and a significance level of 0.0001 &lt; 0.05. Simultaneously, both Workload and Work Environment significantly affect Turnover Intention, with an F-value of 49.342 &gt; 2.770 and a significance level of 0.001 &lt; 0.05. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant partial influence of competence on employee performance, with a simple regression equation of Y = 5,080 + 0,879X</em><em>₁</em><em>, a correlation coefficient of 0,902, a contribution effect of 81,3%, and t-test (16,291) &gt; t-table (1,670), with a significance value of 0,000 &lt; 0,05. There is also a positive and significant partial influence of communication on employee performance, with a regression equation of Y = 7,588 + 0,832X</em><em>₂</em><em>, a correlation coefficient of 0,869, a contribution effect of 75,5%, and t-test (13,708) &gt; t-table (1,670), with a significance value of 0,000 &lt; 0,05. The population in this study consists of 1,258 individuals. The method used in this study was quantitative with a descriptive associative approach and saturated sampling technique, with a population and sample of 40 respondents. The analytical methods used included linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) have a regression equation of Y = 18.405 + 0.438 (x1) + 0.122 (x2), indicating that work discipline and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. The correlation coefficient value of work discipline and work environment on employee performance is 0.749, indicating a very strong correlation between the variables. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis, tested simultaneously, have an effect of 0.561, or 56.1%, while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculated X1 value of t &gt; t table (6.782 &gt; t table 1.687) and a sig value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, indicating a positive and insignificant partial effect between work discipline and employee performance at Middle Child Cafe, South Jakarta. Taxpayer compliance is one of the important indicators in optimizing state revenue from the taxation sector. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to Individual Taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren. The population in this study consists of all Individual Taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren, while the sample determination was carried out using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS version 29 software. The research results show that taxpayer understanding has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. This means that the higher a person's understanding of the taxation system, the greater the likelihood that the individual will comply with their tax obligations. Meanwhile, the quality of service provided by KPP Pratama Pondok Aren shows an insignificant influence on taxpayer compliance, with a significance value of 0.056 (&gt;0.05). This result indicates that the service aspect still needs to be evaluated and improved in order to optimally encourage compliance. The method used was quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 65 people. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 65 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of a simple regression value of Y = 16.204 + 0.621X1. The coefficient of determination value is 41.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count&gt; t table or (6.662&gt; 1.998). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of a simple regression value of Y = 6.735 + 0.846X2. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, employing multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The data were obtained from Bank BNI’s annual financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The results show that CAR and LDR have no significant effect on ROA, with significance values of 0.897 and 0.850 respectively (&gt; 0.05). In contrast, NPL has a significant negative effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.001 (&lt; 0.05). Simultaneously, CAR, LDR, and NPL significantly influence ROA, as indicated by an F-value of 10.612 &gt; F-table value of 8.89 and a significance level of 0.005. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification techniques. The analytical methods employed include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and F-test using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows version 27. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents who are customers of 18 Laundry House, and further supported by observations and interviews. The results show that both promotion and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Attractive promotions and fast, friendly, and timely services are proven to be key factors influencing customer perception and satisfaction. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (the normality test, multicollinearity test, &amp; the heteroscedasticity test), simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study are validity and reliability tests of each statement item showing the value of r count &gt; r table (0.265) so that all variables are declared valid, and Cronbach's Alpha &gt; 0.6. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test test obtained results 0,200 &gt; 0.05 which means normal distribution. Multicollinearity test VIF value (1,116) &lt; 10 and Tolerance value (0,896) &gt; 0,10, so there is no multicollinearity. The heteroscedasticity test does not experience interference, so the regression is feasible to use. Leadership (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0.328 (low), a coefficient of determination of 0.108 and in the hypothesis test obtained a t value of 2,531 &gt; t table 2.006 with a significant value of 0.014 &lt; 0,05 Work Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a correlation value of 0852 (very strong), a coefficient of determination of 0.726 and in the hypothesis test obtained a t value of 11,840 &gt; t table 2,006 with a significance value of 0,000 &lt; 0,5 Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5,992 + 0,079X1 + 0,836X2 The correlation coefficient value is 0.854, which means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.729, which means that 72.9% of variations in employee performance are explained by leadership and work motivation variables,while the rest is influenced by other factors. The population in this study includes all operational security personnel at PT Samadista Karya, and the sample comprises 80 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. The results of the Partial Test (t-test) indicate that the Recruitment Process (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-value of 5,046 &gt; t-table 1.665 and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, and documentation review. The informants involved in this study were 5 (five) people consisting of the workshop owner, workshop head, and 3 (three) mechanics. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of work discipline in the Mandiri Jaya Service 2 car workshop is still not optimal. This can be seen from the violations of work discipline, namely the presence of several employees who do not come according to the schedule determined by the workshop management, and the work environment factor that does not support operations while working is one of the obstacles to declining employee performance. This condition directly affects work discipline. The decline in employee performance is due to a lack of work discipline caused by several aspects that are of primary concern, namely the lack of support for the work environment and compliance with the rules in force at the Mandiri Jaya Service 2 workshop. The data population used includes inflation data and the rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar obtained from Bank Indonesia, as well as VAT revenue realization data from the Serpong Pratama Tax Office. The research method used a quantitative approach in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. This study used the entire population as a sample of 60. The data source used was secondary data, with data testing using SPSS version 29. The research findings indicate that employee performance ranges from good to excellent across nine performance indicators. The volume of work completed meets or even exceeds targets, thanks to the implementation of the Objective Key Result (OKR) system through the Piawai application, although some Work Groups (Pokja) still face human resource shortages that affect workload distribution. Work quality is high, with consistent standards and strong employee professionalism. Timeliness in task completion is maintained through target-setting and a culture of discipline. Budget management is efficient and follows strict SOPs, although limited funding remains a challenge. Service orientation is implemented professionally, with effective internal and external coordination; however, it is acknowledged that further improvement is needed to ensure more optimal and consistent service across all work units. Employee commitment is high, reflected in a strong sense of responsibility and initiative in completing tasks. Employee initiative is generally good, with a tendency to act independently, although some still require guidance. Teamwork is effective and flexible among work groups. The leadership style is participative and supports employee development, although additional managerial training is needed.
