The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data obtained from PT Adhi Karya Tbk’s annual financial reports and processed using SPSS 27 software. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) indicate that the variables CR, QR, and DER jointly have a significant effect on stock prices, with an F-value of 23.192 greater than the F-table value of 4.35 and a significance value of 0.001 (&lt; 0.05). The partial test (t-test) results show that QR and DER have a significant effect on stock prices, with significance values of 0.009 and 0.023 respectively (&lt; 0.05), while CR has no significant effect (sig = 0.646 &gt; 0.05). The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, using balance sheet and income statement data from PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for 11 years. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 30 program. The results of the partial analysis show that Return on Assets have a significant effect on Stock Prices, with a significance value of 0.001&gt; 0.05 and t count of 4.792 &lt; t table of 2.30600. On the other hand, Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on Stock Price, with a significance value of 0.006 &lt; 0.05 and a calculated t value of </em>|<em>-3.749|</em> <em>&gt; t table of |-2.30600. Simultaneously, Return on Asset and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on Stock Price, indicated by a significance value of 0.001 &lt; 0.05 and F count of 34.965&gt; F table of 4.46. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 30.1%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count &gt; t-table (4.040 &gt; 2.024). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 22.3%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count &gt; t-table (3.307 &gt; 2.024). Partially, Work Discipline (X1) is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), indicated by the value of tcount (4.078) &gt; ttable (2.002) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, with a partial contribution of 22.3%. Likewise, the Physical Work Environment (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the value of tcount (3.238) &gt; ttable (2.002) and a significance of 0.002 &lt; 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, with a partial contribution of 15.2%. The sample consisted of 129 employees, selected through the Slovin formula. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficients, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The regression results produced the equation Y = 17.704 + 0.468X1 + 0.166X2. Partially, work–life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 5.233; sig. 0.000), and workload also shows a positive and significant effect (t = 2.008; sig. 0.047). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance (F = 35.315; sig. 0.000). The independent variables used in this study are Altman Z”-Score, Grover, Springate, and Zmijewski, while the dependent variable is financial distress. The method used is a quantitative method using a descriptive approach. The population in this study is the company's financial statements, while the sample used is the balance sheet and income statement for 10 years from 2014–2023. The results show that Financial Distress Prediction using the Altman Z”-Score, Grover, and Springate methods has a positive and significant effect as a bankruptcy prediction tool for telecommunications and media companies. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population of this study consisted of consumers of Doner Kebab Summarecon Mall Serpong, with a total sample of 100 respondents determined using an established sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics version 26, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination testing, and hypothesis testing using the t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). The results indicate that Promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with a t-value of 3.746, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.664, and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, as well as a simple linear regression equation of Y = 2.984 + 0.926X₁. Meanwhile, Service Quality also shows a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with a t-value of 7.570 &gt; 1.664, a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, and a simple linear regression equation of Y = 2.198 + 0.938X₂. Simultaneously, the F-test results show that Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with an F-value of 284.887, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.09, and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. The research employed a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.241 (sig. 0.017 &lt; 0.05), while work discipline also has a positive a nd significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.891 (sig. 0.000 &lt; 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by the F-value of 87.457 (sig. 0.000 &lt; 0.05). The research model has a determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.774, indicating that motivation and work discipline explain 77.4% of the variation in employee performance changes, while the remaining 22.6% is explained by variables outside the research model.
