Abstract

K-One Dream Network is a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) that has relied on social media and instant messaging to promote its internet packages, resulting in scattered and inconsistent information for prospective customers. This study aims to design and implement a responsive, web-based information system to centralize the company profile, service packages, and customer contact channels. The system was developed using the Waterfall Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering requirement analysis, UI/UX design, front-end coding using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and functional testing. The resulting website is a static, front-end application deployed through Vercel with continuous integration from GitHub, and it integrates a WhatsApp Application Programming Interface (API) gateway to enable direct and instant communication between prospective customers and the administrator. Black-box testing on four core scenarios (homepage access, package-list navigation, the speed-test feature, and the WhatsApp contact button) shows that all functions run successfully on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The website is shown to reduce the administrator's manual workload in comparing and disseminating package information, to improve responsiveness in handling customer inquiries, and to strengthen K-One Dream Network's digital brand presence. This research contributes a practical reference for micro-scale internet service providers seeking to adopt low-cost, database-free static websites integrated with instant messaging as a customer engagement channel.
