Abstract

H Net Media Data, a company operating in internet network services, currently relies on a paid third-party monitoring system that lacks adaptability. To reduce dependency on external service costs and improve operational independence, this internship project aims to develop a Network Monitoring and Management System with Real-Time Data Visualization. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, which consists of analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance stages, and was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system architecture was built using Flutter for the frontend, Laravel for the backend and API services, and MySQL as the database management system. Integration with the network infrastructure was achieved through the utilization of the MikroTik API to control network devices.

The result of this development is a centralized application that integrates real-time visualization dashboards, MikroTik and OLT device monitoring, an automated alert system through bot integration, API key management, and user profile management. The implementation of this system successfully reduced third-party operational costs, accelerated technicians' response times to network disruptions, and improved the efficiency of independently managing the company's infrastructure devices.
