IMPLEMENTASI WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BERBASIS WEB PADA BENGKEL MOTOR CTK GARAGE
Abstract
CTK Garage Motor Workshop is a business entity engaged in two-wheeled automotive maintenance services and spare parts supply. Currently, administrative governance and transaction data processing at the workshop are still conducted conventionally using ledgers and paper notes. This manual system creates several operational constraints, such as the risk of damage or loss of transaction history archives, inaccuracies in monthly financial recapitulation, and delays in monitoring minimum spare parts stock limits. This research aims to design and implement a web-based Workshop Management System to address these issues. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, PHP programming language via Laravel 12 framework, and MySQL as the database management system. The main features successfully implemented include a spare parts inventory control module, mechanic assignment data recording, service transaction management, and automated, real-time periodic financial reporting. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure feature functionality works correctly. The implementation results show that this system is capable of automating transaction data processing workflows, minimizing human error risks, and increasing the efficiency and accuracy of operational services at CTK Garage Motor Workshop.
