SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN MUSHOLLA AN-NUUR BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL UNTUK MEMUDAHKAN PENGELOLAAN DATA DAN PENYAMPAIAN INFORMASI MUSHOLLA
Abstract
The development of information technology has significantly influenced administrative management processes in various organizations, including religious institutions such as mosques. Musholla AN-NUUR still uses a manual system to manage congregation data, finances, prayer schedules, activities, announcements, officers, and TPA student data, which often leads to problems such as the risk of recording errors, lack of information transparency, and delays in delivering information to the congregation. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Musholla AN-NUUR Management Information System (SIMMA) to address these problems. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of observation, literature study, requirements analysis, system design, and implementation. The system design is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), consisting of Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. In contrast, the database design uses an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and normalization. The results show that the system was successfully built with nine integrated modules, namely congregation data, finance with automatic calculation, prayer schedules, activities, announcements, officers, TPA/students, reports, and settings, which can be accessed by administrators and congregants with different access rights. The system is responsive, allowing access through desktop, tablet, and smartphone devices. In conclusion, SIMMA is capable of helping administrators manage information more quickly, accurately, and in an integrated manner, while improving the transparency and effectiveness of information services for the congregation.
