RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PRESENSI DIGITAL BERBASIS GEOFENCING DAN MANAJEMEN SHIFT TERINTREGASI MENGGUNAKAN ARSITEKSTUR CLOUD-NATIVE
Abstract
The attendance management and work shift scheduling process at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental previously faced challenges regarding location validation and dynamic shift synchronization. These issues led to risks of inaccurate attendance data, potential location manipulation, and administrative inefficiencies in data recapitulation. To address these problems, a Digital Presence System Based on Geofencing and Integrated Shift Management using Cloud-Native Architecture was designed. This study aims to improve employee attendance accuracy through Geofencing technology, which restricts the presence radius based on real-time GPS coordinates. The system was developed using observation, interview, and literature review methods for technical requirements analysis. The implementation of Cloud-Native architecture ensures high scalability and service availability within the corporate environment. Key features of the system include user authentication, automatic presence location detection, shift management, and automated attendance reporting. The test results indicate that the system is capable of validating employee attendance with high location accuracy, preventing the use of fake GPS, and accelerating the attendance data recapitulation process for management. Through the implementation of this system, PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental can manage human resource data in a more structured, transparent, and integrated manner, ultimately supporting the company's operational effectiveness in the digital era.
