PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT CISADANE SAWIT RAYA TBK
Abstract
This research, entitled "The Effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk", aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The research employed a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.241 (sig. 0.017 < 0.05), while work discipline also has a positive a nd significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.891 (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by the F-value of 87.457 (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The research model has a determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.774, indicating that motivation and work discipline explain 77.4% of the variation in employee performance changes, while the remaining 22.6% is explained by variables outside the research model. The findings indicate that work discipline has a more dominant influence compared to motivation in improving employee performance at PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk.
