PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TRANS REKREASINDO TRANS SNOW WORLD CABANG BINTARO TANGERANG SELATAN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Alfa Retailindo Trans Snow World Bintaro Branch, South Tangerang City. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, with a total of 40 respondents. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 30.1%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (4.040 > 2.024). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 22.3%, and hypothesis testing shows t-count > t-table (3.307 > 2.024). Communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.154 + 0.316X1 + 0.167X2. The determination coefficient is 33.2%, while the remaining 66.8% (100-33.2%) is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Hypothesis testing shows F-count > F-table (9.212 > 3.25).
