PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA STASIUN LRT PANCORAN JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Pancoran LRT Station, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show: Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 6,261 + 0.846X1. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained t count value > t table (6,970 > 2,006) and strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000 <0.05). Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 31,068 + 0.219X2. This is proven by the hypothesis test which obtained thitung > ttabel (5.444 > 2.006) and is strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000<0.05). The results of the study showed that work discipline and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression equation of Y = 5,337 + 0.836X1 + 0.334X2. The correlation value of 0.957 means that it has a very strong level of relationship and a coefficient of determination of 93.7%, meaning that employee performance is influenced by work discipline and work motivation by 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other factors. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained F count value > F table (23.915 > 3.18) and is strengthened by a significant value of <0.05 (000 <0.05). Thus, it is proven that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
