PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIER DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT LESTARI DINI TUNGGUL DI JAGAKARSA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Lestari Dini Tunggul in Jagakarsa. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 65 employees, where the entire population is sampled. The data analysis methods used include descriptive analysis, data instrument test (validity and reliability), classical assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity), simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that partially, Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t_count> t_table or (8,914 > 1,999) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect with t_count> t_table or (8,108 > 1,999) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, Career Development and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with F_count> F_table or (54,243 > 3.15) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression equation obtained is Y = 1,644 + 0,557X₁ + 0,235X₂. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 63.6% indicates that Career Development and Work Discipline are able to explain variations in Employee Performance, while the remaining 36.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
