PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT CIPTA MULIA KREASINDO GUNUNG SINDUR BOGOR
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT Cipta Mulia Kreasindo Gunung Sindur, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative. The research population consists of 76 individuals, and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling, meaning the entire population of 76 people is used as the sample. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis. The results of the study, at a 5% significance level, indicate a positive and significant influence of Leadership on employee performance at PT Cipta Mulia Kreasindo Gunung Sindur, Bogor. This is evidenced by the value of t-count > t-table or (7.955 > 1.993), with a ρ-value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.050). The contribution of Leadership to employee performance is 0.461 or 46.1%. There is also a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT Cipta Mulia Kreasindo Gunung Sindur, Bogor. This is shown by the value of t-count > t-table or (9.260 > 1.993), with a ρ-value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.050). The contribution of Organizational Culture to employee performance is 0.556 or 55.6%. Furthermore, Leadership and Organizational Culture together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Cipta Mulia Kreasindo Gunung Sindur, Bogor. This is shown by the value of F-count > F-table or (46.341 > 3.122), with a ρ-value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.050). The combined contribution of Leadership and Organizational Culture to employee performance is 0.559 or 55.9%.
