ANALISIS LINGKUNGAN KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT JASUMAK INTI PRAWIRA TANGERANG SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine how optimal the work environment at PT Jasumak Inti Prawira in South Tangerang is, and to analyze how effective it is in enhancing employee performance. The method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation, which were processed through triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the work environment at PT Jasumak Inti Prawira in South Tangerang is generally supportive of daily operations, although it has not yet reached an optimal level. This also explains why employee performance has shown consistency and positive improvement. Other findings reveal that the work environment is highly effective in enhancing employee performance, particularly in terms of facilities and interpersonal relationships among employees.
