Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014–2024, both simultaneously and partially. This research utilizes secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk during the period 2014–2024. The method employed is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Based on the research findings, simultaneously, the variables Non-Performing Loan (NPL), BOPO, and Net Interest Margin (NIM) do not have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Partially, each variable—Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) also shows no significant influence on Return on Assets (ROA).
