PENGARUH PENEMPATAN KERJA DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DEPARTEMEN MOLD PADA PT. SINAR MASANDA INDUSTRI
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence simultaneously of placement and work experience on employee performance at PT. SMI. The technique for determining the size of the sample used in this study, the researcher used the Slovin method. Based on the population in the mold division of PT SMI, which was 364 people, the number of samples used in this study if calculated using the Slovin method was 78.4 rounded up to 79 people. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a linear regression equation Y = 11.671 + 0.738 X. The determination coefficient value is 0.494 or 49.4%. Hypothesis Test obtained (tcount>ttable) or (8.663>1.991 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means there is a positive and significant influence of Job Placement (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Sinar Masanda Industri. Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a linear regression equation Y = 3.075 + 0.918 X2. The determination coefficient value is 0.724 or 72.4% and the remaining 27.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis Test obtained (tcount>ttable) or (14.201>1.991 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means there is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Sinar Masanda Industri. Job Placement and Work Experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with linear regression equation Y = 2.807 + 0.046 (X1) + 0.879 (X2). Correlation value R = 0.851 where the value is in the interval 0.80 - 1.000 with a very strong relationship level. The determination coefficient value is 0.724 or 72.4% and the remaining 27.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained (Fcount> Ftable) or (99.684> 3.12) then H03 and Ha3 are accepted which means significant, thus the proposed hypothesis states that there is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Sinar Masanda Industri.
