PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SIPRAMA CAKRAWALA CINERE DEPOK
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment and job training, either partially or simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Siprama Cakrawala Cinere Depok. This study uses the Associative Quantitative Method where the data obtained is in the form of questionnaires processed using the SPSS application. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 43.7% and the hypothesis test is obtained by calculating t > t table or (6.705 > 2.002). Job training had a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 42.3% and the hypothesis test was obtained by calculating t > t table or (6.527 > 2.002). The work environment and job training simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.259 + 0.390X1 + 0.452X2. The value of the determination coefficient was 60.7% while the remaining 39.3% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the F value calculated > F table or (43.952 > 2.770), so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the variables of the work environment and job training on employee performance
