Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the work environment, work motivation on employee performance at PT Point Coffe, South Tangerang Branch, partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is the Quantitative method. The population used is all employees of Point Coffe, South Tangerang Branch. which amounted to 50 employees from a total of 10 stores in South Tangerang, while the sampling technique used by the author in this study is the saturated sample method. Where the saturated sample is the entire population used as a sample, namely all employees at PT Point Coffe, South Tangerang Branch, totaling 50 employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data. The primary data taken is the data from the answers of 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Work Performance at PT Point Coffe, South Tangerang Branch, which has been proven by the value of the results of t count> t table or (3.788> 2.011) this is also strengthened by the sig value <.0.05 or (0.000 <0.050) Work Motivation has a partial effect on Work Performance at PT Point Coffe, South Tangerang Branch, as evidenced by the value of the results of t count> t table or (2.793> 2.011). This is also strengthened by the value < sig.0.05 or (0.007 <0.05). Work Environment and Work Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Work Performance at PT Point Coffe, South Tangerang Branch, as evidenced by F count> F table or (15.625> 3.20), this is also strengthened by the p value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000<0.05).
