Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at PT Graha Perdana Indah. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 21.520 +0.56X1, the correlation value is 0.676 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value is 45.7%. The hypothesis test obtained t count 2.807> t table 2.002 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. So it can be decided that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between organizational culture and employee performance. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.977 + 0.732X2, the correlation value is 0.793, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 62.8%. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value of 6.151 > t table 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be decided that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and employee performance. (3) Organizational culture and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12.063 + 0.219X1 + 0.643X2. And the correlation coefficient value is 0.884 and the determination coefficient value is 0.781, which means that the variables of Organizational Culture and Compensation simultaneously contribute to Employee Performance by 78.1%, while the remaining 21.9% is caused by other variables not examined in this study. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value of 101.687> f table 3.159 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. So it can be decided that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at PT.
