PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SUSU ALTERNATIF NUSANTARA JAKARTA BARAT
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Nusantara Alternative Milk, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, namely using a sample of 30 respondents from the entire population. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression Y = 4.258 + -0.036X1 + 0.941X2. The results of the correlation coefficient test from 30 research respondents show that the multiple correlation coefficient of 0.918 is at the level of 0.800 - 1.000, so the level of correlation between variables is interpreted as very strong, and the results of the coefficient of determination test for work environment and work discipline variables have an influence of 83.1% on employee performance at PT Nusantara Alternative Milk, West Jakarta. This is proven by the results of the work environment hypothesis test, which obtained a t value of 0.405 < t table 1.791 and is strengthened by a value of ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or a significance value < 0.05 (0.689 > 0.05), so the hypothesis explaining Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Susu Alternative Nusantara West Jakarta, work discipline obtained a value of tcount 12,137 > ttable 1,791 and is strengthened by a value of ρ value < Sig.0.05 or a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then the hypothesis explaining Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. This is proven by the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained by the Fcount value (77.724 > Ftable 3.35) and reinforced by the significance value < 0.00 (0.000 < 0.05). then the hypothesis explaining Ho3 is accepted and Ha3 is rejected. Thus, it can be said that the work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nusantara Alternative Milk, West Jakarta. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the work environment (X1) work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) of PT Nusantara Alternative Milk, West Jakarta
