PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT MITRATAMA CIPTA SELARAS JAKARTA SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Training and Work Environment on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously at PT Mitratama Cipta Selaras South Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative analysis methods, namely using 70 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are using instrument tests, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypotheses through t-test and f-test. The results of the regression equation Y = 7.004 + 0.894X1 + 0.761X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.835, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a very strong level of influence with a determination coefficient or simultaneous influence of 88.8% while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. The partial hypothesis results of the job training variable (X1) obtained a calculated value of t> ttable (8.162> 1.995) this is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. Thus, job training has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment variable (X2) obtained a calculated value of t> ttable (12.411> 1.995), this is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. Thus, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, the Fcount value> Ftable or (77.196> 3.130) was obtained, this is also reinforced by a probability significance of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between job training and the work environment on employee performance at PT Mitratama Cipta Selaras, South Jakarta
