PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRATIS DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BOGA GROUP (PARADISE DYNASTY) CABANG BANDARA INTERNATIONAL SOEKARNO HATTA TANGERANG BANTEN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Democratic Leadership Style and Communication on Employee Performance "PT. Boga Group (Paradise Dynasty) Soekarno Hatta International Airport Branch, Tangerang, Banten" Partially and Simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 62 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 62 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that the Democratic Leadership Style variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value (14.276 > 2.000) and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. This indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The Communication variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value (4.955 > 2.000) sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the F hypothesis test (Simultaneous) it can be seen that the F count value (118.102 > 3.153) and the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that Democratic Leadership Style and Communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Boga Group (Paradise Dynasty) Soekarno Hatta International Airport Branch, Tangerang, Banten. The amount of R-Square is 0.800 or 80.0% and the remaining 20.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
