Abstract
This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between work discipline and work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Islam Perti Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive associative approach and saturated sampling technique with a population and sample of 52 respondents. The analysis methods used include linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and Hypothesis Testing as a means to prove the hypothesis. The value of the correlation coefficient results of work discipline and work environment on teacher job satisfaction is at the level of 0.882, so the level of correlation between variables is interpreted as very strong. Hypothesis test obtained X1 tcount value > ttable or (11.282 > 2.009) and value (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 thus indicating that there is a positive and insignificant partial influence between work discipline on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Islam Perti Jakarta, Hypothesis test obtained X2 tcount value > ttable or (10.973 > 2.009) and value (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 thus indicating that there is a positive and insignificant partial influence between work environment on teacher job satisfaction at SMK Islam Perti Jakarta. The results of this study are work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) with regression equation Y = 4.844 + 0.413X1 + 0.479X2 which can be interpreted that work discipline and work environment have a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction. Partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount> ftable (86.152> 2.790) and significant <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and insignificant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The results of the Determination coefficient analysis tested together have an influence of 0.610 or 61.0% while the remaining 39% is influenced by other factors
