PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KC TANGERANG SELATAN 15400
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Stress (X2) on Employee Performance Effectiveness (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) KC Tangerang Selatan 15400. The research uses a quantitative method with a population of 129 employees and a sample of 56 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected through observation, literature review, and a Likert scale questionnaire, and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (KD), and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 26. The results of the study show the regression equation: Y = 47.254 + 0.271X₁ – 0.474X₂. This indicates that if Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Stress (X2) remain constant, the consistent value of Employee Performance (Y) is 47.254. The partial hypothesis test (t-test) shows a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), with a t-value of 3.053 > t-table value of 2.006 and a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. Furthermore, the t-test result also shows a negative and significant effect of Work Stress (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), with a t-value of -7.303 < t-table 2.006 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous hypothesis test (F-test) shows an F-value of 38.787 > F-table value of 3.17 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This means that Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Stress (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) KC Tangerang Selatan 15400
