Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of job description and leadership style on employee performance at PT Emas Murni Asli. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique is based on the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that job description has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 0.074%, and hypothesis testing shows tcount > ttable (9.648 > 2.002). Decision making also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 55.3%, and tcount > ttable (8.463 > 2.002). Leadership style and decision-making simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 8.905 + 0.589X₁ + 0.262 X2. The coefficient of determination is 91%, while the remaining 9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows Fcount > Ftable (289.026 > 3.160).
