PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO DAN TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET PADA PT INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK PERIODE 2014-2023

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Total Assets Turnover (X3) on Return On Asset (Y) at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2014-2023. This study was conducted using secondary data and quantitative descriptive research methods with an associative approach. The population of this study uses data, namely the financial position report (balance sheet) and profit and loss report for 10 years (2014-2023). The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t hypothesis testing and F test, correlation coefficient test (R), determination coefficient test (R2) with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 26 software. The results of the study, from the t-test results show that partially Current Ratio (CR) has an effect on Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has an effect on Return On Asset (ROA), while Total Assets Turnover (TATO) has no effect on Return On Asset (ROA). And simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) have an effect on Return On Asset (ROA). The conclusion of this study is that the variables Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) affect Return On Asset (ROA) by 95% while the remaining 5% is determined by other factors not examined in this study.
