PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT GLOBAL ADITAMA SUKSES DI KOTA TANGERANG
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT Global Aditama Sukses in Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is a quantitative method, the population taken from all employees of PT Global Aditama Sukses in Tangerang City, which is 50 people. Sampling using saturated samples of 50 respondents. While the collection of research data through questionnaires filled out by employees. Data analysis using validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple correlation tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study showed that the effect of work motivation (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a multicollinearity equation Y = 18.555 + 0.385 X1 + 0.897 X2. The value of the determination coefficient has an influence of 61.2% while the remaining 38.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated T value> T table or (6.716> 1.782). Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the influence of work motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT Global Aditama Sukses in Tangerang City
