PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN STRESS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. AERONUSA INTI RAYA JAKARTA PUSAT
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Employee Development and Work Stress on Employee Performance on PT.Aeronusa Inti Raya. This research uses a quantitative type of research. This type of quantitative research because this research method aims to verify a truth, build facts, show statistical descriptions, and analyze the results with systematic procedures so that they can formulate hypotheses. Population in this research is 75 employee on PT. Aeronusa Inti Raya Central Jakarta, and sample that been used in this research have 75 employee. The results of this study Employee Development (X1) and Work Stress (X2) have effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a multiple linear regrention equation Y = 9.238 + 0.094X1 + 0.539X2 + α. Determination efficiency value of 88% . hypothesis test obtained Thitung > Ttabel or (3,370 > 1,665), this is also strengthened by the pvalue < Sig.0,05 or (0,01 <0,05). Thitung > Ttabel or (4,643 > 1,665), this is also strengthened by the pvalue < sig 0,05 or (0,00 < 0,05). This shows that there is a partial influence between employee Effect on the Employee Performance and Work Stress on the Employee Performance. Fhitung>Ftabel or (23.233>3.124), this is also strengthened by the pvalue< Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted, this shows that there is a simultaneous influence between Employee Effect and Work Stress on The Employee Performance of PT. Aeronusa Inti Raya.
