PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SUGIMURA CHEMICAL INDONESIA CIKARANG BARAT
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Sugimura Chemical Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method,aiming to examine the relationship and influence between variables. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, and a sample of 55 respondents was used. Data analysis was done using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumPTion tests, regression analyses, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that job training has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 53.3%, and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (7.772 > 2.006). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 42.1% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or 4.698 > 2.006). Job training and work discipline Simultan eously have a significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 9.741 + 0.444X1 + 0.326X2. The coefficient of determination is 62.4%, while the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or 43.122 > 2.780).
