The tools used for analysis include Classical Assumption Tests, which cover the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocorrelation Test. Further analysis includes Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Hypothesis Testing which includes Partial Test (t-test) and Simultaneous Test (f-test). The results of the hypothesis testing using the t-test and f-test for the Training variable (X1), processed using SPSS 27, show a t-calculated value of 12.173 > t-table value of 2.006, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
