PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL THE RISMAN KOTA TANGERANG
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at The Risman Hotel in Tangerang City. The method used is a Quantitative method. Sampling technique employs saturated sampling, yielding a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis involves validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient of 91.8% and hypothesis testing shows t count > t table or (4.926 > 1.984). Motivation also has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient of 15.7% and hypothesis testing shows t count > t table or (4.270 > 1.984). Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 14.541 + 0.379X1 + 0.204X2 The coefficient of determination is 22.4% while the remaining 77.6% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F value is greater than the table F value or (14014 > 2.700)
