PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KONFLIK KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV. SURYA PUTRA TRADING KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN
Abstract
This study is entitled The Effect of Workload and Work Conflict on Employee Performance at CV. Surya Putra Trading, South Tangerang City. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population and sample studied were 68 employees of CV Surya Putra Trading, South Tangerang City. The results of the partial significance test for the workload variable (X1) obtained a t-count value of -2.764> t table 1.668 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. While the test results for the work conflict variable (X2) obtained a t-count value of -1.868> t table 1.668 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted. And simultaneous testing between X1 and X2 against Y obtained a value of F count> F table or 37.629> 2.746, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the workload variable (X1) and the work conflict variable (X2) together are able to significantly influence the Employee Performance variable (Y).
