Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Kreasi Gemilang Sejati, both partial and simultaneous testing. The type of research in this study uses an associative quantitative method and a sampling technique using saturated samples with a sample of 86 respondents. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction partially affects organizational citizenship behavior with the regression equation Y = 12.738 + 0.732 X1. This is evidenced by the partial hypothesis test (t-test) obtained a tcount value> ttable of (6.337> 1.988) and a significant value <0.05 of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment partially has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior with the regression equation Y = 21.683 + 0.539 X2. This is evidenced by the partial hypothesis test (t test) obtained a tcount value <ttable of (0.498 <1.988) and a significant value> 0.05 of 0.620> 0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho2 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior with the regression equation Y = 11.887 + 0.698 X1 + 0.061 X2. The determination test is 0.463 or 46.3% while the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other variables. This is proven by the simultaneous hypothesis test (F Test) obtained the value of F count> F table of (35.774> 3.11) and the significant value <0.05 of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.
