PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. DIMENSI PROCIPTA INDONESIA
Abstract
The purpose of this study aims to determine whether there is an influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Dimensi Procipta Indonesia. The method used is an associative quantitative approach. The side technique used is saturated sampling with a sample of 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out with primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, t test and f test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Dimensi Procipta Indonesia, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.439 + 0.570 (????1) + 0.266 (????2), a correlation value of 0.806 indicates a very strong relationship, a determination coefficient value of 64.9%.
