PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT ADIRA FINANCE CABANG MARGONDA DEPOK JAWA BARAT

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance at PT Adira Finance Margonda Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees at PT Adira Finance Margonda Branch as many as 85 employees with sample determination using saturated samples, namely the entire population is used as a sample, so that the sample of this study was 85 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by employees and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study show that partially Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Adira Finance Margonda Branch, this can be proven by the results of the hypothesis test obtained a value of t count> t table or (7.502> 1.663) with a value of ρ value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). And the results of simple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 22.672 + 0.498X1 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.428 and the results of the determination coefficient obtained the Adjusted R-Square value of 0.397 or 39.7%. Partially Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Adira Finance Margonda Branch, this can be proven by the results of the hypothesis test obtained the value of t count> t table or (4.314> 1.663) with a value of ρ value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). And the results of the simple linear regression test obtained the equation Y = 26.342 + 0.398X2 with the results of the correlation coefficient obtained an R value of 0.428 and the results of the determination coefficient obtained an Adjusted R-Square value (determination coefficient) of 0.173 or 17.3%, and simultaneously Competence and Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Adira Finance Margonda Branch, this can be proven by the results of the F test or simultaneously obtained the Fcount value> Ftable or (29.939> 3.11), this is also moderated by p value <Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). And the results of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 19.066 + 0.439X1 + 0.143X2 and the results of the correlation coefficient obtained an R value of 0.622 while the results of the determination coefficient obtained an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.408 or 40.8%.
