PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PANARUB INDUSTRY KOTA TANGERANG

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Panarub Industry Tangerang City both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and obtained 97 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (5.306> 1.985) and strengthened by a significance of0.000 <0.050. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (6.104> 1.985) and strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.050. Leadership and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table (71.169 > 2.700) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 with a regression equation of Y = 7.176 + 0.384X1 + 0.445X2 and a correlation coefficient of 0.776. This means that leadership and organizational culture have a strong relationship, contributing 60.2% of the influence, while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
