ANALISA BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BEEMA BOGA ARTA DI KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN
Abstract
Employee workload is one of the functions of organizational structure. Even within the same entity, employee workload varies because employees with the same rank may not have the same workload. The impact of high workload can affect the productivity of the employee's work itself which has an effect on the entity's targets and operational policies. This research aims to see the impact of workload on employee work productivity at PT. Beema Boga Arta and the method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection in this study was by Triangulation (observation, interviews and documentation). The results of this study indicate that Workload has a negative effect on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Beema Boga Arta, which means that the higher the workload will affect the decline in employee work productivity. Management should set work standards that are in accordance with employee abilities, improve facilities that support employees in completing work and also improve security in the Work Environment. Likewise with the communication relationship between superiors and subordinates so that it can be further improved.
