Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on the Performance of Members of the National Police Sub-Directorate 2 of the Directorate of Narcotics of the South Jakarta Metro Jaya Police both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is 50 members using a saturated sample so that the respondents are 50 members. Meanwhile, the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Application System Version 30. The data analysis technique used data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, hypothesis tests using t-tests and f tests. Based on the results of the t-test research, t-test  was obtained for the work environment of 2.335 > ttable 2.011 or significance (0.024 < 0.05) meaning that partially or t-test there is a significant influence of the work environment on member performance. And tcalculates work discipline of 3.355 > ttable 2.011 or significance (0.002 < 0.05) means that partially or t-test there is a significant influence of work discipline on member performance. For test f, fcount of 25.140 > ftable 3.195 or significance (0.001 < 0.05) is obtained, meaning that simultaneously or test f there is a significant influence between the work environment and work discipline on the performance of members. Multiple correlation analysis obtained a value of 0.719. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 16.466 + 0.228 X1 + 0.411 X2. The Determination Analysis obtained a value of 0.517 or 51.7% while the remaining 48.3% was influenced by other variables.
