PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO ( CR ) DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO ( DER TERHADAP RETURN ON EQUITY ( ROE ) PADA PT UNITED TRACTORS Tbk PERIODE 2011 – 2024

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity at PT United Tractors Tbk Period 2011-2024 both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample used is the Financial Report of PT United Tractors Tbk for 14 (Fourteen) years which has been made into time series data. Data analysis in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient analysis. The results of this study are multiple linear regression equations of Y = 129,065 – 0,396 - 0,598 + e. Partially, the Current Ratio variable has a negative and significant effect on Return On Equity with the results of  t_count > t_table or -4,472 > 1,796 with a significance level of 0,001 < 0,05. And the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a negative and significant effect on Return On Equity with the result of t_count > t_table or -3,199 > 1,796 with a significance level of 0,008 < 0,05. Simultaneously, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity with the value of F_count > F_table, namely 15,122 > 3,982 with a significance level of 0,001 < 0,05. The coefficient of determination is 68,5%, the remaining 31,5% is influenced by other variables and factors.
