PENGARUH PROSES REKRUTMEN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT SAMADISTA KARYA JAKARTA SELATAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of Recruitment Process and Training on Employee Performance at PT Samadista Karya in South Jakarta. The independent variables in this research consist of the Recruitment Process (X1) and Training (X2), while the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach. The population in this study includes all operational security personnel at PT Samadista Karya, and the sample comprises 80 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. The results of the Partial Test (t-test) indicate that the Recruitment Process (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-value of 5,046 > t-table 1.665 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, Training (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a t-value of 4,301 > t-table 1.665 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F-test) show that the Recruitment Process and Training collectively have a significant influence on Employee Performance, with an F-value of 21.049 > F-table 3.115 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.595 indicates a moderately strong relationship between the independent variables and Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) is 0.337, indicating that 33.7% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by the Recruitment Process and Training, while the remaining 66.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
