PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT AROMA PRIMA LIVINDO PLANT BALARAJA KABUPATEN TANGERANG
Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Training, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT Aroma Prima Livindo Plant Balaraja. The analysis used in this thesis is a quantitative method. Based on the data analysis conducted in this study, there is an influence between the Independent Variables, namely Emotional Intelligence Variable (X1), Job Training (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) which have a significant positive effect on the Dependent Variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT Aroma Prima Livindo. emotional intelligence (X1), job training (X2) and work motivation (X3) significantly affect employee performance. Y = 4.855 + 0.324X1 + 0.173X2 + 0.397X3. The correlation coefficient, also known as the level of correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable, is calculated at 0.735. In other words, they have a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination or simultaneous contribution of influence is 54.1%, while the remaining 45.9% is influenced by additional variables. The hypothesis test has a calculated F value > F table, or (22.388 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means there is a significant simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence, job training, and work motivation on employee performance.
