IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INVENTARIS BERBASIS WEB UNTUK PENGELOLAAN BARANG DI TVRI STASIUN DKI JAKARTA DENGAN METODE PROTOTYPE

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based inventory management system to support the management of state-owned assets (BMN) at TVRI DKI Jakarta Station. Although TVRI already utilizes an integrated inventory system provided by the Ministry of Finance, this system does not fully accommodate the specific operational needs at the local station level. Therefore, this study proposes the development of a complementary system using the Prototype Method, allowing for incremental development with direct user feedback. The system is designed to facilitate asset recording, data maintenance, and report generation in a more flexible and efficient manner. By leveraging web technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, the system enables real-time data updates and quick access to information. System evaluation shows improved efficiency in local inventory management, reduced administrative workload, and increased accuracy and speed in data retrieval. This research contributes to the development of a supportive web-based inventory system that can be adapted by other units within large-scale organizations.
