Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between leadership style and work relationships on employee performance at PT. The Vision of Medianet West Cilandak, South Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach and saturated sampling technique with a population and sample of 67 respondents. The analytical methods used include linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and Hypothesis Testing as a means of proving the hypothesis.  The results of this study are leadership (X1) and work relationships (X2) with the regression equation Y = 7.416 + 0.352X1 + 0.482X2 which can be interpreted as leadership and work relationships have a positive effect on employee performance. The value of the correlation coefficient of leadership and work relationships on employee performance is at the level of 0.819, so the level of correlation between variables is interpreted as very strong. The results of the analysis of the Determination coefficient which were tested together had an influence of 0.671 or 67.1% while the remaining 32.9% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of X1 t count> t table or (7.813> 1.997) and the value (sig) 0.000 <0.05 thus indicating that there is a positive and insignificant influence partially between leadership on employee performance at PT. Bentang Visi Medianet Cilandak Barat South Jakarta, Hypothesis test obtained X2 t count > t table or (8.831 > 1.997) and value (sig) 0.000 < 0.05 thus indicating that there is a positive and insignificant partial influence between work relationships on employee performance at PT. Bentang Visi Medianet Cilandak Barat South Jakarta. Partial or simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained f count > ft table (65.269 > 3.14) and significant < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that leadership (X1) and work relationships (X2) have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.
