Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Winka Karisma Gemilang Bintaro. The method used is using the quantitative method. The data collection technique was conducted by taking objects from a sample called sampling or respondents. The research sample consisted of 62 respondents. The data analysis method used in the study includes instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, which consist of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, hypothesis tests which consist of partial t-tests and simultaneous f-tests.From the results of this study, it can be concluded that leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a tvalue > ttable or (5.765 > 2.001) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of (7.159 > 2.001) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, and Ha2 is accepted. Leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with an fvalue > ftable or (28.514 > 3.153) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha3 is accepted. Leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance affect the regression equation Y = 9.684 + 0.206X1 + 0.429X2. The correlation coefficient result of 0.701 means there is an influence or a strong relationship between the two variables above where the coefficient value scale is 0.600 - 0.799. The R-square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.491, so it can be concluded that leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together contribute to the influence on the employee performance variable (Y) by 49.1%, while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by factors or variables not studied.
