PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, DAN TOTAL ASSET TURNOVER TERHADAP NET PROFIT MARGIN PADA PT ANEKA TAMBANG TBK PERIODE 2014-2023

Abstract

The study aims to test the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Net Profit Margin at PT Aneka Tambang Tbk for the period 2014-2023. Quantitative descriptive research, descriptive statistical analysis methods, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient tests, hypothesis tests (t-test and f-test), determination coefficient tests (R2), SPSS version 25 program, significance level 0.05 (5%), secondary data sources. The results of the study show that the Current Ratio has a significant negative effect on Net Profit Margin. The test results t count -1.950> t table 1.9431 significance level 0.029 <0.05. In the Debt to Equity Ratio variable t count -2.415> t table 1.9431 significance level 0.042 <0.05 meaning that the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin. In the Total Asset Turnover variable, t count 2.328 > t table 1.9431, the level of significance is 0.025 < 0.05, meaning that Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin. The results of the F Test of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin. F count 6.302 > F table 4.74, the level of significance is 0.028 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination R2 is 0.759, meaning that the dependent variable Net Profit Margin is only influenced by Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover as independent variables 75.9% and 24.1% is influenced by other variables.
