Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and Work Environment on employees' Turnover Intention, both partially and simultaneously, at PT Cipta Kemas Indah Cemerlang. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 58 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. The results show that, partially, Workload has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (7.473 > 2.004) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Similarly, the Work Environment also has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, as indicated by a t-value of 6.567 > 2.004 and a significance level of 0.0001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both Workload and Work Environment significantly affect Turnover Intention, with an F-value of 49.342 > 2.770 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 64.2% indicates that Workload and Work Environment collectively explain 64.2% of the variation in Turnover Intention, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
