PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PT GRINDAK ARTA PRIMA TANGERANG SELATAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of workload and work environment on job satisfaction at PT Grindak Arta Prima, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population consisted of 60 people, all of whom were included as the sample in this study. The results showed that workload partially influences job satisfaction by 41.0%, while the remaining 59.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The value of t-count > t-table or (-6.352 < 2.002). With a p-value < Sig 0.05, or (0.000 < 0.05). The work environment partially influences job satisfaction by 58.5%, while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The value of t-count > t-table or (9.043 > 2.002). With a p-value < Sig 0.05, or (0.000 < 0.05). Workload and work environment simultaneously influence job satisfaction by 62.6%, while the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The study results show the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.440 - 0.270X1 + 0.594X2, meaning that job satisfaction, even without the influence of workload and work environment, already has an effect of 4.440. Simultaneously, workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of F-count > F-table, which is (47.755 > 3.16), with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between workload and work environment on job satisfaction simultaneously at PT Grindak Arta Prima, South Tangerang.
