Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is an associative method with a quantitative approach, a population of 65 people. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 12.130 + 0.559 X1 with a coefficient of determination of 34.7%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Tcount ≥ Ttable (7.317 ≥ 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment and employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the value of the regression equation Y = 3.334 + 0.883 X2 with a coefficient of determination of 80.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Tcount ≥ Ttable (12.286 ≥ 1.669) thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between work discipline and employee performance. Work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 1.122 + 0.686 X1 + 0.830 X2 with a determination coefficient value of 80,4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value ≥ F table (132.133 ≥ 3.145) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Trijaya Lesatri Bogor.
